Welcome the changing of the seasons with an afternoon of stillness, sound and connection at Horse Thief Vineyards.
Join Dawn Sinclair, Soul Centered Living Mentor for a guided Equinox Sound Bath in the vineyard. A restorative experience designed to help you slow down, reset and honour the transition into a new season.
This sound bath is a meditative experience where you will be guided and bathed in deep, resonant sound waves and vibrations produced by instruments such as singing bowls, pala seeds and Koshi chimes.
Following the experience, linger with us over wine samples and conversation, taking in the early autumn landscape and the company around you.
